1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sessn ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Sessn is a professional browser profile management application available in two formats:

Web Application (sessn.app):

  • Create and organize browser profiles in nested folders
  • Manage team collaboration and role-based permissions
  • Configure proxy settings and profile templates
  • Access analytics and usage data
  • Manage account settings and subscriptions

Desktop Application:

  • All web app features PLUS browser profile launching
  • Connect and manage multiple devices
  • Real-time session monitoring and Chrome process tracking
  • Helper application integration for browser automation
  • Device heartbeat monitoring and status tracking

Both platforms provide secure cloud synchronization and real-time updates.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Available Plans

  • Free Tier: Unlimited profiles, up to 3 folders, single device connection
  • Pro Tier: $9/month - Unlimited profiles and folders, up to 5 devices
  • Business Tier: $19/month - Up to 15 devices, advanced features, profile templates
  • Team Tier: $29/month - Unlimited devices, team collaboration, API access

4.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Annual subscriptions receive a 17% discount (2 months free)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4.3 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

  • Organizing client accounts and projects

You may not use Sessn to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Create profiles for fraudulent purposes
  • Spam or abuse other users
  • Monitor or collect data from other users' browser activities
  • Use team invite codes for unauthorized access
  • Exploit debugging features for malicious purposes

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Collection

We collect the following data to provide our service:

  • Authentication data: Email, display name, and authentication tokens
  • Profile data: Browser profile names, keys, folder organization, and proxy settings
  • Device data: Device names, operating systems, connection status, and heartbeat information (30-second intervals)
  • Usage data: Profile launch events, session tracking, active session monitoring, and Chrome process IDs
  • Browser data: History, bookmarks, tabs, settings, extensions, and download locations (when using helper applications)
  • Analytics data: Usage patterns, feature interactions, and performance metrics via cloud analytics services
  • Team data: Team information, member roles, collaboration features, invite codes, and team permissions
  • User preferences: Theme settings (light/dark/system), account preferences, and UI customizations
  • Debug data: Cloud connectivity tests, device detection logs, and error reporting (when enabled)

6.2 Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you create
  • We use analytics data (cloud analytics services) to improve the service and understand usage patterns
  • You can export your data at any time
  • Browser data collection is optional and only occurs when using our helper applications
  • Team data is owned by the team owner, with appropriate access controls
  • Invite codes expire after 7 days and are single-use

6.3 Data Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade cloud security
  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • User data is isolated per account using secure cloud access controls
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Browser data collection is local to your devices and only synced when explicitly enabled
  • Team permissions are enforced at the database level with role-based access control
  • Chrome process monitoring is limited to your own devices and profiles

7. Intellectual Property

  • Sessn and all related trademarks are owned by us
  • The service, including all software and content, is protected by copyright
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

  • We will not materially reduce functionality during active subscriptions
